The Ultimate Valentine’s Day Dinner: Garlic Butter Steak with Parmesan Asparagus ❤️🔥.

Fellas, listen up! If you want to impress your woman this Valentine’s Day, forget the crowded restaurants and overpriced meals. Instead, cook her a dish that will make her fall in love with you all over again—Garlic Butter Steak with Parmesan Roasted Asparagus.

It’s quick, foolproof, and insanely delicious. You don’t need to be a pro chef—just follow these simple steps, and she’ll be bragging about your cooking skills for weeks!

What You’ll Need:

For the Steak:

✔️ 2 high-quality steaks (ribeye or filet mignon)
✔️ 2 tbsp butter
✔️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✔️ 1 tbsp olive oil
✔️ Salt & black pepper to taste
✔️ 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme (optional, but worth it!)

For the Parmesan Roasted Asparagus:

✔️ 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
✔️ 1 tbsp olive oil
✔️ ¼ tsp salt
✔️ ¼ tsp black pepper
✔️ ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Garlic Butter (The Secret Weapon!):

✔️ 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
✔️ 1 clove garlic, minced
✔️ 1 tsp chopped parsley

How to Make the Magic Happen:

🔥 Step 1: Prep the Steak Like a Boss

  • Take the steaks out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking (this helps them cook evenly).
  • Pat them dry, then season generously with salt and black pepper.

🔥 Step 2: Sear for Perfection

  • Heat a cast iron skillet (or any heavy pan) over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
  • Sear steaks 3-4 minutes per side for a perfect medium-rare (adjust for your preferred doneness).
  • In the last minute, add butter, garlic, and herbs, then tilt the pan and baste (spoon the melted butter over the steak).
  • Remove from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes (don’t skip this—it locks in the juices!).

🔥 Step 3: Roast That Asparagus

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan, bake for 5 more minutes, then serve!

🔥 Step 4: Make That Buttery Goodness

  • Mix softened butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  • Drop a spoonful onto each steak before serving—it’ll melt into the meat like magic!

Plating Like a Pro:

Arrange the steak next to the golden, cheesy asparagus. Pour any extra garlic butter over the top. Add a glass of red wine (bonus points for candles!).

And there you have it—an easy, restaurant-quality Valentine’s dinner that shows you put in the effort without breaking a sweat.
